About Us.
Based out of Cincinnati, Ohio, Shadow Works was started in early 2022 by retired police & SWAT officer, Austin Thase. Austin has always been fascinated by laser engraving and the opportunity to start a self-run, family business. Beginning with engraving on tumblers and small items, we have expanded into cutting boards, tumblers, cigar cases, & many other custom pieces. We have been extensively trained in the engraving process.

Laser engraving is precise, elegant, and permanent! Sometimes it has depth, sometimes it is smooth on the surface and laser engraving is often used for other laser decoration methods.

We can do things like custom logos, team logos, company logos, monograms, names, dates, etc.

Currently, we do not. When the item is engraved, the engraving is silver or black, depending on material.

Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Some may take 4 to 10 days if we are experiencing a delay on the product you ordered or for really large orders. If you need your order for an event or a firm date, let us know!
